Rose Wahlmeier 2014Sophomore Rose Wahlmeier, has recently joined the newspaper staff. She holds the position of sports editor for Cat Tracks. Rose joined because she thought   it was awesome and wanted to help create it this year. Rose added, “I like playing music and writing stories.” She also likes that the class is more laid back. Rose has learned many different valuable skills. For one, that Macs are super high-tech and confusing. One of the nice aspects of taking a class like newspaper, though, is that there are older people to help you. Junior Marisa Haselhuhn is really helpful and she explains how to use the Macs. Junior Deana Person “is nice” and Rose and she have the same taste in music. Rose adds that senior Jade Conkle is “super sassy so we have the same personality.”
