Dear Jane, Have you ever met someone and he did everything in his power to annoy you? Well I do; he sits next to me in one of my classes, and he considers it his personal mission to make my life miserable. I hate him. How hard is it to sit still and do your work? It’s really not that difficult, but for him it is. We have three classes together, and it feels like a lifetime. Plus this kid is so close-minded! You could tell him that a wall was blue, but he would argue because everything is black and white to him. He also has a dumb gluten intolerance that constantly ruins every party. Why can’t he suck it up and eat the flipping bread? It’s just bread; what’s it going to do? It’s not like it’s going to punch you in the face. Please Help, Angry Andrew Dear Angry Andrew, This person sounds….. interesting….. I’m sorry that he upsets you so much, but there isn’t much that you can do about someone who will not stop being annoying. Perhaps you should try moving away from him or get a restraining order; either is fine. There is also the option of face-to-face confrontation. Look him straight in the eye and tell him exactly how you feel. He most likely will laugh in your face, but it will be worth a shot. You can also cry to your mom and have her call his mom. This is my go-to solution, because there is nothing your mom can’t fix. For the gluten intolerance, you do realize that he can’t do anything about it? It’s not like he can make his body not react to gluten. For this, I recommend you build a bridge and get over it. Hope this helps! Jane
